RT7238B/C/D/E是一款ACOT®(Advanced Constant On-Time)操作模式的同步降压型DC/DC转换器。系统操作于ACOT模式下可在广负载变动范围内提供良好的瞬时响应。RT7238B/C/D/E可操作于输入电压从8V至23V。RT7238D的输出电压为0.6V至5V可调。
